Meditation

With over 20 years of personal experience, I wanted to offer the beautiful aspect of meditation and mindfulness in a group environment. Meditation is a fabulous way to self-manage stress and anxiety, to tap into the inner self and work with long-held old belief systems. Guided meditation especially is a supportive way to start the meditation journey. Research shows that a regular meditation practice can provide a person with the skills and resilience to confront challenges and stress with ease. It is also proven to improve sleep, mental cognition, creativity and productivity.

Meditation is offered Monday and Wednesday nights and Friday mornings. Subject to public holidays.

Moon Circles are offered on the nights of the full moon and new moon. These events are via Eventbrite, which can be subscribed to or via my Facebook and Instagram pages.
